1. How can I get an estimate for my graphic installation?

If you need an estimate for your installation, you can either call our toll free line: 1.855.226.9219 or email sales @ imageinstallers.com. Our typical estimation turnaround is same day, however please let us know if your request is a rush.

To help us provide you with an estimate quickly, please be prepared to provide the following information as it relates to your type of installation;

 

  1. Type of installation (window, wall, door, floor, vehicle, wrap)
  2. Location of installation (address and indoor/outdoor)
  3. Height of installation (to top of graphic)
  4. Measurements for installation and # of pieces to be installed - a specification is ideal
  5. Type of material
  6. Type of substrate (eg. if wall - drywall, wood, painted)
  7. Preferred date and time of installation

While this list isn't comprehensive, it's a great start toward getting you an accurate quote.

2. What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept business cheques, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express credit cards for your convenience. As a new customer, please be prepared to provide a 50% deposit on your first installation project with Image Installers.

3. I need photos and signoffs, when will I get them?

You will receive photo(s) of your installation within 12 hours of the install. If you require a sign off form signed by your client, we will ensure our installer has it onsite for immediate sign off, and will take a photo of the sheet and send it along to you!

4. Do you install in my city?

We have skilled and reliable teams to handle all manner of graphic install and retail rollouts in Toronto, Vancouver, Victoria, Montreal, Ottawa, Calgary, Edmonton, Winnipeg, Red deer, Lloydminster, Saskatoon, Kingston, London and many other cities. 5. My client is asking for liability insurance and WSIB, can you provide that?

Absolutely!

We carry $5,000,000 in liability insurance, WSIB, Aerial Lift, and Fall Arrest certifications. We have performed literally thousands of installations across Canada in our 15 years in business and we take pride in knowing we've got your covered! 

We have most shopping centres across Canada covered, and we offer a 24 hour turnaround NO CHARGE service to add your business and/or your client's business to our insurance policy, and to generate a WSIB clearance cert.

 
These measures are vital to ensure that your business and your clients' business and premises are covered and that our installers are safe at work.
6. What types of graphic and sign installations do you do?

We have installed just about every kind of graphic to every type of surface imaginable!

In addition, we install banners, billboards, pin-mount signs and standoff mounts, sign faces, signboards, alupanel, crezon signs...the list goes on.
